eclaireess was founded by people who had spent years working in hospitality and ground transport logistics across Southeast Asia. Over time, a pattern emerged: the most memorable service experiences shared a quality of quiet attentiveness — the kind that anticipates without intruding, that prepares without making a show of it.

Rajan oversees vehicle maintenance schedules, driver coordination, and logistics. With 12 years in fleet operations, he ensures each vehicle is ready before the client ever sees it.

Vehicle Condition
Every vehicle is inspected before each hire — interior clean, exterior presentable, fuel full, documents in order. Clients shouldn't need to think about the state of the car.
Driver Standards
Drivers are selected for punctuality, knowledge of Singapore's districts, and the ability to be present without being intrusive. All hold valid vocational licences.
Data Privacy
Client details are used only for booking coordination. They are not shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes, and are stored securely.
Clear Pricing
Rates and inclusions are stated before the hire begins. If something changes, it's discussed transparently and agreed before proceeding — not added to the invoice after the fact.
Responsive Communication
Enquiries are acknowledged promptly. For ongoing hires, clients have a direct contact number if anything needs adjusting during the period.
