How We Approach Each Hire
Methodology
Every eclaireess hire starts with the occasion rather than the vehicle. We ask: what is this for, when does it need to happen, and what would make it work well? The answers shape the arrangement — the vehicle type, the driver briefing, any concierge elements.
For chauffeured hires, drivers are briefed before the day. For the Fortnightly Subscription, the handover is arranged at a location and time that suits you. In both cases, the vehicle is inspected and prepared before you see it.
Quality assurance at eclaireess is quiet and internal — vehicle maintenance logs, driver performance check-ins, client follow-up after hires. It doesn't require certificates on the wall; it requires discipline in how we operate day to day.
